Punching
larger image
Punching is a metal removal process which produces holes of varying shapes precisely and quickly. Our punching processes are handled through CNC punches of greater capacity. We have the ability to punch different gauges of sheet metal of any quality. Our punching services find their applications in numerous industries like tooling, medical, automotive, aerospace, etc.
Scrap slug from a metal surface is removed using a punch and a punching die. The size of the hole produced is determined by the diameter of the punch
Our CNC Strippit 750, 44 ton punching machine can punch metals of up to 3/8 inches thickness.
Hole patterns of up to 6 inches diameter, and up to 1 inch thickness are achieved by our GEKA 110/180 ton iron worker
We have the ability to punch holes of varied shapes on almost any kind of material
Punching is an economical way of producing holes on both sheet and strip metals. It is ideal for medium to high volume production runs.
