Ramsay Welding and Fabrication has the capability to handle lite and heavy rolling for a vast assortment of materials in varied specifications. Our experience in working with all kinds of materials has made us an ideal choice for most of our customers. Square and round tubular frames, structural machine frames, magnesium vibration fixture, vacuum chamber, water retention tanks, thick boiler plates, high cones and weldments are manufactured at Ramsay Welding and Fabrication.
  • The Davi CNC and PEXTO models of rolling machines that we use are capable of producing accurate angles. They can handle both flat and bar stocks
  • 48 x 48 x 60 inches, 900° Fahrenheit preheat and annealing ovens are used in the metal heating processes
  • Customer specified dimensional parameters like diameters are strictly followed during our rolling processes
  • Rapid prototyping and development are done for both high and low volume parts
  • We help in the creation and fabrication of robotic tracks.
  • We also produce tooling instruments, frames for medical industries and electro-curing machine parts.
