Shearing is a cutting process which is mainly used to cut sheet metal and hevy plate out of large stocks. The shears that we operate produce parts of exact dimensions specified by our customers. Parts are sheared to precision lengths, widths, and gauges at greater speeds by our shears. Our shearing services play a vital role in the automotive, aerospace, medical, and tooling industries.

Shearing is done as a preliminary process of preparing stock material for CNC presses or stamping processes.
We use Darley and Geka models of shearing machines which are capable of cutting larger amount of stock in a fast and neat manner
Our Darley machines can shear materials up to 10 foot and thicknesses of about 3/4 and 1/4 inches respectively
We have the technology and the skill to shear almost any kind of material
