CNC Milling is the most common form of milling used mainly to machine parts with complex dimensions. Our CNC milling services aim to provide the best quality precision parts with tighter tolerances and superfine finishes. Milling in general can refine and add features to parts that are manufactured through other processes.

We own a Haas VF11 CNC vertical machining center, XYZ of 120 x 40 x 32 which can operate at 10000rpm. Greater resolutions and higher throughputs are achieved through them
Milling is a flexible, cutting process which is mainly used to machine various profile shapes.
A cutting tool or mill is used to remove material from block, rod or sheet metals. The mill is usually rotated along an axis perpendicular to the worktable which holds the workpiece

Our Fryer CNC vertical bed mills adhere to 60 x 25 x 24 inches travel specifications, while our Chevalier CNC Lathe can offer 18 x 40 inches specifications
